Practical Information

The participation to the Conference is by invitation only.

All invited countries and orgainzations are requested to officially inform the Conference Secretariat of the names of the members of their delegation nominated to attend. Each participant will then be requested to fill in a registration form provided by the Secretariat.

Participants are advised to enquire at the nearest Nigerian Embassy or Consulate whether visas are required to enter Nigeria, at least 20 days before the date of the meeting.

Hotel booking: For the booking of your accommodation in Abuja during the Conference, the National Organizing Committee has arranged for discounted room rates in a selection of hotels. By booking your room in one of these accredited hotels, you will also benefit from the airport transfers at your arrival and departure and daily transfers in fully air-conditioned shuttle buses to and from the conference centre.

To book your room, please contact directly the contact name provided for the selected hotel, quoting the HLCD-3A conference.

To not forget to inform the hotel of your arrival date and time to facilitate your pick up at the airport by the National Organizing Committee.
